You have the right to request the complete deletion of your PushMe account, meal logs, weigh-ins, and profile data at any time.

If you currently have PushMe installed on your Android phone, you can instantly erase your account and all records in 1 tap without waiting for email verification.

Method 1: Delete Directly Inside the PushMe App

Open PushMe on your Android phone and tap the Settings icon in the navigation bar.

Scroll down and select Account & Security.

Tap Delete Account & All Data.

Confirm your choice. Your local SQLite database is cleared immediately, and our Supabase servers execute a permanent cascade delete on your user ID.

Method 2: Web Deletion Request (If You Uninstalled the App)

If you have uninstalled the PushMe application or lost access to your device, you can submit a manual deletion request below or email us directly at [email protected].

What Data Is Deleted Upon Request?

When an account is deleted, the following items are permanently purged within 48 hours:

  • User Profile: Your age, biological sex, height, target weight, activity tier, cooking style, and city preferences.
  • Meal Logs: All recorded meals, dish names, portion answers, and calorie estimates. (Note: Photos are never stored by PushMe during normal app operation and are purged immediately after AI parsing).
  • Weight & Progress Trends: All morning weigh-in logs, history calendars, and calculated metabolic rates.
  • Authentication Records: Your unique anonymous user identifier and session tokens in Supabase.

Data Retention Policy

We do not maintain backup archives or shadow profiles of deleted accounts. Transaction receipts for PushMe Pro purchases are maintained by Google Play Billing according to Google's financial record retention requirements.
